Age Requirement (21+)
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any products from our website. All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. By placing an order, you are certifying that you are of legal age. We reserve the right to use third-party age verification services and may cancel or refund any order that we suspect is placed by a minor.
Shipping Destinations
- United States Only: We currently ship to addresses within the 50 United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- P.O. Boxes: Due to the adult signature requirement for all deliveries, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for shipping.
- APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We are unable to ship to military addresses at this time due to complex shipping regulations and customs requirements.
Product-Specific Restrictions
Certain products are subject to specific shipping regulations.
- Vaporizers, E-liquids, and ENDS Products (PACT Act Compliance): Due to the federal Preventing Online Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act (PACT Act), all products classified as Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS) are subject to strict shipping requirements. This includes all vaporizer devices, parts, accessories, and e-liquids. These items will be shipped via a specialized courier service and will always require an in-person adult signature (21+) with a valid government-issued ID at the time of delivery.
- Butane and Flammable Materials: Products like butane torches and lighter fluid are classified as hazardous materials (HAZMAT). These items can only be shipped via ground transportation and are not eligible for expedited air shipping.
State & Local Law Compliance
Laws regarding tobacco, vapor, and paraphernalia products change frequently and vary significantly by state, county, and even city.
- Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to know and understand the laws in your jurisdiction before making a purchase.
- Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if we identify that it contains products that are restricted or illegal in your area. For example, we cannot ship flavored vapor products to states or localities where they are banned.
