Returns
We accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Online Orders: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@rollnsmoke.com. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
In-Store Returns: Prefer the convenience of in-person returns? You can bring your online order to any of our physical store locations with your proof of purchase.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes damage can occur in transit. If your item arrives broken:
Please email a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box to info@rollnsmoke.com.
Make sure to contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement to be sent out immediately at no additional cost.
