How old do I have to be to order from Roll N Smoke?
You must be 21 or older to buy anything from us — online or in store. Under federal law (Tobacco 21), 21 is the minimum age for all tobacco, vape, and smoking products nationwide, with no exceptions. We verify age on every order.
Why do I have to verify my age or upload my ID at checkout?
We’re legally required to confirm every customer is 21+. At checkout we use a secure verification service that first tries to confirm your age automatically from the name, date of birth, and address you enter. If it can’t confirm you instantly, you’ll be asked to submit a photo of a government-issued ID (by webcam, file upload, or a link texted to your phone). It only takes a moment.
Is my ID and personal information safe?
Yes. Age verification is handled by a dedicated third-party service; your ID is used only to confirm you’re 21+ and is handled under their security and privacy practices. We don’t post or share your ID.
What happens if my age can’t be verified?
If automatic verification doesn’t go through, we’ll prompt you to upload a photo ID to finish your order. If age still can’t be confirmed, the order may be canceled and refunded — we can’t ship age-restricted products to anyone we can’t verify as 21+.
Why are you asking for ID when I’m clearly an adult?
Federal rules require ID verification for any buyer who appears under 30, so the check can apply even to obvious adults. It’s not personal — it’s the law, and it keeps our license safe.
Will I need to show ID when my order is delivered?
For vape and e-cigarette products, yes — those shipments legally require an adult (21+) signature at delivery, and the carrier may scan an ID. Please have a 21+ person available to sign.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure, encrypted checkout. We never store your full card number on our site.
Why was my card declined?
Card declines on tobacco and vape purchases are common and usually come from your bank, not us — some banks flag tobacco-category transactions, or the billing address or CVV didn’t match. Double-check your billing details or try another card. If it keeps happening, contact your bank or reach out and we’ll help.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at info@rollnsmoke.com if you need to change or cancel. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping & Where We Ship

How long will my order take to arrive?
We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment. Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days, and standard shipping within the US usually takes 3–5 business days. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also find it in your account under order history.
Is your shipping discreet?
Absolutely — it’s one of our top priorities. Your order arrives in a plain, unmarked box or padded envelope. The return label is generic and doesn’t mention “Roll N Smoke” or the contents, so your privacy is protected.
Do you ship to my state? Why can’t some products ship everywhere?
We ship within the United States only. Because of federal and state laws (including the PACT Act), certain products can’t be shipped to certain states — especially vape and e-cigarette products. If an item can’t ship to your address, your cart or checkout will let you know.
How do you ship vape products, and why do they require a signature?
Vape and e-cigarette products are regulated under the federal PACT Act, so they ship through specialized adult-signature carriers. That means someone 21 or older must sign for the package (and may need to show ID). This is a legal requirement for all online vape sales — not just ours.

Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For online orders, email info@rollnsmoke.com to start a return and mail it back — or bring it to any of our stores with your proof of purchase.
My order arrived broken — what do I do?
We package everything as securely as possible, but transit accidents happen. If an item arrives damaged, email us a photo of the broken item, the box, and the packing materials within 48 hours of delivery at info@rollnsmoke.com and we’ll send a replacement right away at no extra cost.

What’s the difference between acrylic, metal, and wooden grinders?
Metal grinders (aluminum or titanium) are the most popular — durable, sharp, and efficient, often with multiple chambers and a kief catcher; best for heavy use. Acrylic grinders are the most affordable and lightweight, but the plastic teeth can wear or break — great for budget or travel. Wooden grinders have a classic look and work well, but can be harder to clean and may not grind as finely.
I’m new to vaporizers — what’s a good starter device?
For beginners we recommend a user-friendly portable dry-herb vaporizer with simple temperature controls and easy cleaning. Convection-style vaporizers are a favorite because they heat evenly without combustion for pure flavor. Use our site chat or ask our staff in store and we’ll recommend something for you.
What does a “percolator” do in a water pipe?
A percolator (or “perc”) is an extra water chamber that diffuses the smoke, cooling and filtering it a second time for a smoother, cleaner hit. Types include honeycomb, tree, and showerhead — all aiming for a better smoking experience.
What’s the best way to clean my glass pipes and bongs?
For a deep clean, nothing beats 91%+ isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt: rinse with hot water, add salt and alcohol, plug the openings, shake vigorously for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly. For daily upkeep we also carry specialized glass cleaning solutions.
Are all rolling papers the same? What’s the deal with hemp vs. rice?
Not at all — the material affects taste and burn. Classic (wood pulp) papers are thicker with a medium burn. Hemp papers are 100% hemp fiber with a mild, earthy taste and an even burn. Rice papers are very thin with almost no aftertaste and burn slowly.
How should I store my cigars? Do I need a humidor?
Cigars should be kept in a humidor to stay fresh — a common target is around 70°F and 65–70% relative humidity (“70/70”). A humidor with a good hygrometer keeps them from drying out. We carry humidors, hygrometers, and humidification packs.
How do I take care of my vape coils and batteries?
Replace coils regularly (a burnt taste means it’s time), prime a new coil before first use, and keep devices out of extreme heat. For safety, use only the charger made for your device, don’t carry loose batteries with keys or coins, and don’t leave batteries charging unattended.
